A Client-Centric Leadership Development Coaching Firm in Nashville, TN
About Edythe Nash
Edy Nash brings to her clients more than thirty years of experience in management and leadership development, organization development, and coaching. She has worked collaboratively with leaders and leadership teams in various industries, including retail, financial services, healthcare, and not-for-profit. Edy founded E. Nash Associates (ENA) in 2001 as a client-centric company committed to helping develop more credible and confident leaders, more cohesive and productive teams, and more profitable organizations that are better places to work.
Executive Coaching with Edy is an efficient, high-impact process that helps successful people in leadership roles produce sustainable, positive results. It is not therapy meant to “fix” a person. Edy’s clients are already high-functioning people who—like everyone—seek support from time to time to perform better. Her clients say they achieve positive outcomes, usually related to improved profits, career success, organizational effectiveness, and personal satisfaction. At the same time, they also improve their capabilities and effectiveness, so that the results and performance improvements last.
Experience & Background
Edy works with individuals, teams, and organizations designing innovative leadership development programs that accelerate business success. When appropriate, she complements coaching with leadership development workshops, seminars, and retreats designed to expand the capabilities and cohesiveness of leadership teams.
In addition to coaching executives and their teams, Edy has coached MBA students at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, new business owners for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, and executives at the Center for Executive Education at Belmont University.
Before leaving the corporate arena, Edy was Vice President of Learning and Development for a national retail company. She led a team of training, organization development, and career development professionals who designed, developed and delivered sales, customer service, and technical training; management, leadership, executive development and coaching, and other performance improvement interventions.
